In the 1920s, an innovative chemist and engineer by the name of Harry Conklin created the company's first products —— cleaners, petroleum conditioners and lubricant additives. In 1969, his sons expanded the business and opened the door to business ownership for thousands of entrepreneurs. The company is now owned by Charles W. and Judy Herbster. As a member of the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota for over 25 years and a member of the Direct Selling Association, there is a strict adherence to a code of ethics by which Conklin does business.
